Art found me first. Long before I picked up a camera, I was drawing hyperrealistic portraits – spending hours on a single face, studying every strand of hair, every crease of a smile, every catchlight in the eyes until the pencil work could pass for a photograph.

Those hours taught me to truly see people: how light falls across a cheekbone, how much a gaze can say, and how the smallest detail can carry the whole feeling of a portrait. That eye for detail is still at the heart of everything I create.

In 2015, that love for portraiture found its voice in photography and film. The camera let me capture in a fraction of a second what once took days to draw – and to tell real people’s stories as they unfold.

Since then, I have stood beside grooms in the quiet minutes before the aisle, watched brides see themselves fully ready for the first time, and filmed rooms come alive the moment the first dance begins. I have caught a father’s tears as he gives his daughter away, and couples laughing so hard they forgot the camera was there. Every story is different, but my intention is always the same – to create something honest, beautiful and worth keeping.
